Online Payments Instructions!
Note: There is a convenience fee.
The Rotary Club of Shades Valley is pleased to offer an on-line option for submitting payments to the club for items such as dues, voluntary contributions, event fees, etc.]
To make a payment:
- Determine the amount you wish to pay
- Determine the convenience fee using the table below
- Sum Step 1 and Step 2
- Enter brief text narrative of what is being paid in ‘Payment For’ box (eg. Dues, Event, Contributions, etc)
- Enter step 3 sum into ‘Total’ Box (Replace ‘0’…Do not use drop down)
- If invoice # being paid is known enter into Invoice Box
- Click on method of payment button
- PayPal (PayPal account required)
- Pay Later (DO NOT USE)
- Venmo (Venmo account required)
- Debit or Credit Card (PayPal account not required)

Instructions for this table:
Step 1- Decide the amount that you wish to have applied to your account
Step 2- Locate in the table the payment range your step 1 decision falls within
Step 3- Use the convenience fee listed for chosen payment range
For amounts above $500 you should add $0.90 for each $25 of additional payment
to $18.59 to determine the convenience fee to be added.
